RESTAURANTS: Vegetarian Bon Lloc Juanjo Ramírez opened Bon Lloc, Mallorca’s first vegetarian restaurant, in 1986 when this type of food was still relatively unknown. Nevertheless, over the last 20 years interest in the benefits of this healthy and ecologically-friendly diet has grown. In fact, Bon Lloc enjoys ever-increasing success. It is full every day, even though the majority of its clients are not necessarily vegetarian. Today, as always, Juanjo’s goal is to offer healthy and delicious food whose production doesn’t harm the environment. In Bon Lloc, which opens at mid-day, there is no menu. Each day Juanjo prepares a set meal which changes in line with what’s available in the market on any given day. Sant Feliu 7, Palma de Mallorca Alcohol: beer, wine and spirits
