Methods of Payment: cash and card La Broche Sergi Arola (Miguel Ángel Hotel) Catalan chef Sergi Arola, who studied under Ferrán Adriá (El Bulli), is one of the city’s most prestigious. This has led La Brioche to enjoy great success since its opening on the ground floor of the Hotel Miguel Ángel in February 2000. The Carpaccio boletus edulis, the mayonnaise mousse, the potato with caviar and foie and the coca cola with lemon mousse stand out among other original dishes.
