This centennial restaurant is one of the classic Catalan restorations, and was inaugurated in the year 1836. It is located inside a building of national architectonic interest, and was the first building in the city to have running water. Good selection of dishes, with rice as the star ingredient. Also recommended are the codfish fritters and the "7 Portes" fish casserole. Along with the main hall it also has several other smaller halls available for meetings, where guests will be able to enjoy the best of Catalan cuisine accompanied by excellent national wines and cava’s (an inexpensive alternative to champagne) from their underground bodega (winery).
