Rosa Negra
The Black rose is Barcelona’s “taco house”. With its creative and kitsch aesthetics, Black Rose instils an effective policy of good, appealing and cheap. Its refusal to accept reservations means a wait of at least half an hour over weekends to obtain table. Amongst the Chef’s recommendations are the “arranchera” and the devil shrimps.
